What we collect

Name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details you submit when buying books, custom designs, hydration bottles, or booking laundry. Payment data is handled directly by Paystack and Stripe — we never store card numbers.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send receipts and shipping updates, respond to enquiries, and — only with your consent — share newsletters about new books and offers.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the studio: Paystack and Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our Lagos courier partners. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing obioma@o2xtudio.com. You can unsubscribe from newsletters via the link in every email.
