You have 7days to make a return request after your order has been delivered, you will receive 100% refund for your item plus shipping fees if delivered broken, damaged, defective, wrong items.
How it works
- Return via our contact form or call us if you have any questions.
- Our logistics company will contact you to receive the item after you have successfully reported to the customer service through the contact form.
- Place the item in it’s original packaging including accessories, tags, labels etc.
- Once we receive the package we will check it and proceed with the refund via original means of payment.
